Restorative Sleep for Neurological Recovery

Sleep difficulties are a common challenge for people living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Huntington’s disease, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and spinal cord injuries. Whether it involves trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling rested during the day, disrupted sleep can have a significant effect on both physical and emotional health.

At Neurowell, our Sleep Clinic is a dedicated service that offers expert support for improving sleep specifically in the context of neurological illness. We recognise that sleep issues can present in different ways depending on the condition and the individual. Our approach is built on in-depth assessment and personalised planning, with practical advice to help improve sleep quality in ways that are meaningful and achievable for you.
